To become a customer service Evaluator-Auditor with Consolidated Service Detectives (C.S.D) Market Research & Audit®, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the following
1. A good command of the English Language both spoken and written, as you will need to interact with the staff in stores and write detailed comments in your reports.
2. Access to the Internet
3. A personal email account and telephone contact details
4. A bank account (that accepts swift payments).
We're always looking for customer service Evaluators-Auditors right across the country, but at the moment we're in need of Evaluators for the following jobs. Customer Service Evaluators-Auditors for Retail Stores Nationwide: We cover a wide variety of customer service evaluation in lots of different sectors, from Hospitality, Retail, Supermarkets and many more. These can be carried out either in person, by calling into the store or over the phone.
